Remote Triggered Black Hole Filtering (RTBH)
============================================
Destination-based black hole filtering according to
RFC3882 and RFC5635 (section 3.1). Customers can
announce any /32 or /128 covered by their routed
prefixes to AS559 tagged with any combination of the
following communities. All traffic towards such
addresses is discarded. Communities in the range
559:601-559:611 are translated into the communities
used by the RTBH services of upstreams/peers and
propagated to the respective ASs.
